MBW gifted me with a MM for my birthday. The kids are all gone this weekend, so we decided to do some steaks. Off to Publix to get a filet for her and a side of beef for me. On the MM at around 600. Pulled when they felt right.Got to eating and forgot to take a plated pic, but here's one of the aftermath. And did some grilled peaches for dessert. Thanks for looking!

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
