Finally I got it a cook right....

I know it's nothing big or hard to make but I just wanted to share my excitement for the best bbq chicken thighs I have ever had!!! I did a couple spatchcock chickens the other day and ruined them so I'm so excited to get these right since it's only my 3rd or 4th cook on the egg....happy 4th everyone 

i put them on for about 30 minutes at 300...I then dunked them in bbq sauce and cranked the heat up to 500-550 and crisped up the skin...I'm so proud of myself
