First time. 300 indirect. Montreal steak seasoning. This is 1 hour in. Look and smell amazing. Used hickory wood. Pic of final product soon.

Little over 3 hours at 300 dome temp. Foiled after 2.5 hours. My kids are killing it so it must be edible. I'm gonna eat mine soon.

Those look outstanding! I have never had beef ribs, been wanting to find some good ones.

Thanks everyone. The tenderness was there, just got to get a little more flavor. I used Montreal steak seasoning and a Sam Adams Summer Ale drip pan. I'm happy.
