First attempt at cinnamon rolls.

Attempting to make @Big_Green_Craig's cinnamon roll recipe. Hopefully they'll be as good as his. 
They may not look like the pic on his website but I figured it's worth the try anyway.

Looks fantastic. A glass of milk placed in the freezer until it starts to get slushy would be wonderful with this.

They were pretty good. I think I messed up somewhere while making the dough. I will need to try again and I am fine with that. Nothing better than making cinnamon rolls and eating said cinnamon rolls.

& Rocking the ceramic deep dish. Looks Dayumn good from here. So far my favorite recipe is a sourdough cinnamon roll I've been toilng with for awhile. OTOH it's hard to beat a hack Cinnabon recipe. I use a CI pan, sheet pan or stone when I make them. I do like the ceramic deep dish though.

Looks good from here! My wife makes the pioneer woman's recipe in large quantities at Christmas time. Works really well.
