Saw a couple of prime ribeye caps at Costco that looked perfect for my wife and I. Rubbed the ribeyes with some Meat Church Holy Cow Rub. Great stuff!

I guess either we made more than we needed or we enjoyed too much wine and cheese while cooking
. Ended up with a nice little care package for our daughter when she got home... She's 25, if we keep this up she's never going to leave!?! Haha.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
