Striped and sand bass.....any recipes?

Caught a bunch of striped and sand bass this week on a fishing trip and never cooked them on the Egg and thinking of giving it a go tomorrow.  Anyone have any foolproof recipes, marinade, cook time, etc., either hot and fast or a slower cook?  Already fileted and ready to go.

I've only cooked bass twice, neither time on the Egg, and it's a rather bland fish, so you can take this "blank canvas" in many directions.
My favorite sauce for fish is 1/2 cup mayo, one finely-minced chipotle pepper, and 1 glop of honey (sometimes I add a bit of parsley and/or chives).

    Agree @Botch w/ that it's a blank canvas.
Firstly Pan fried. Then either baked or broiled. Simple seasoning of S&P with some fresh lemon and herbs is nice. Like many things (most) I cook I much prefer to let the natural flavors flow in lieu of over seasoning and masking the true flavor. Served on a bed of medley whole grain rice with a quality white wine.
Let us know how you end up rolling with this cook. Enjoy.

Cut the dark meat out of the filet.  Shallow V shape cut will do it and improve the taste.
