Filet Mignon and Baby Portabello Mushrooms

Seasoned both an hour before hand to get them happy. Shrooms went first, then the beef. Red wine, steak, and mushrooms just taste so good together. 




And a martini just seems to make a great appetizer. Beefeater, dry, stirred, with 2 olives, and 2 ice cubes. 


I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
