Chicken Thighs

Gotta share this recipe with you good people. In a BGE pan I take potato,carrots, onions, celery and as much garlic as you can stand. In a gallon zip lock put it all in , drop in EVOO, then dry onion soup mix. I use Dizzy Pig Shaken the tree rub on 4 or 5 chicken thighs that were rubbed with EVOO. Now all into the pan, with the chicken sitting on top. Then I add garlic infused chicken broth, maybe a cup. Cooked indirect @350 to 375 for an hour and a half or till 175 degrees. It's the second time I've made this and it tastes awesome . Cheers
