Since you didn't punctuate with a question mark, I take it that you are announcing that you are still in the game. Me too.
If there was ever an example of how the world really turns, this is one of them. But as far as I know, no one has jumped to their death or will employ the use of, "Brother, can you spare a dime?" because of it.
It does, however, remind us that 'we the people' have little control over anything, except sometimes with our vote.

Agree. Rip the band aid off now and fix the situation. How soon we forget the situation in Greece and all the bailouts needed. Why continue to help a country that won't help themselves.
The UK will negotiate new trade agreements and be just fine. Do you think Germany won't agree to trade terms with the UK and hurt their own economy. This is the first domino in the breakup of the EU.

Here's a food/dining reason Brexit happened. Most folks know that from curries onward, British food has greatly benefited from Indian cooking. I read that because of EU immigration rules, Indian style restaurants were closing down cause they couldn't get enough new immigrants from India and Bangladesh.
FWIW, Greece can't help itself. Again, this is just what I've read, so take the following w. a few grains of salt. The Greeks had lots of investments made in them. Soon, there was a trade imbalance. So the Germans suggested the Greeks buy something from them, Germans having lots of money to loan based on all their industrial output. For reasons unknown to me, the G govt. bought a bunch of high end submarines whose cost was about equivalent to the Greek national pension fund. And the Greeks couldn't pay both accounts. While the Germans agreed not to complete the order, the Greek loans had already defaulted. The creditor's demanded payment. Etc. Then, the IMA broke its own rules by giving more loans to Greece, knowing they couldn't even pay the 1st ones. Like digging a hole to find a place for some dirt.
And now, back to cooking. My bad smoke is clearing, and its time to get the ribs on.

Will this affect Hogwarts or is it just a muggle problem?Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Good on them. Shut your borders and send everyone back where they came from. Build walls around borders and let's get back to raiding and pillaging just like the good old days! Oh sorry it ain't Friday night!
