Smoked BBQ chicken nachos

Had some leftover chicken from a couple of spatched chickens we had a while back. Pulled it and added BBQ sauce. Started with a layer of nacho chips, can of black beans and added the chicken. Heated this at about 325 with 1 chunk of apple wood for 30 minutes, then added cheese and fresh jalapeños. Heated for another 30 minutes and added sour cream and green onion blades when finished. Pretty tasty.

Wow ... I would pay top dollar for that in a restaurant. (as long as cold beer was available with it)

Thanks guys! We've had these in restaurants many times but I've always felt I could do them better, especially with the amount of toppings on them, and I was right. These were killer.Greenwood, IN | XL BGE | Weber Genesis | Blackstone 28 | bunch of accessories
