This was my first low and slow. Ribs came out real good after I let sit in foil in a cooler for 2 1/2 hr. I thought I over cooked them cause the bones were just falling out but they had a nice tug after they rested. The bac Mac was amazing. Might have been better then ribs. 20 min with foil at 350 and 20 with out foil. Just a nice hint of smoke in the top layer of cheese. All in all a great meal from the egg. Definitely no buyers remorse here.

Very nice meal. I love these low and slow cooks because you have a great relaxing cook that ends with a great meal. Well done my friend.

I could not believe how good the mac was. Was not over powering with smoke but just enough on the top layer to add flavor. For what its worth it was at the end of my rib cook (5  1/2 hr) so not sure how much cherry are pecan was left. P.S.   Cherry wood smells awesome.

I've become a fan of smoked Mac and cheese over the last two years. Bacon crumbles and crispy Panko make a nice topping!

=) My dad hit me up yesterday with son how much are those ribs and I'm going get some for you to do for me. Um dad that took 6 hours to cook I will need a little more notice then at 3pm. For one it makes me feel great that everyone liked them. on second hand I see my self being very busy with rib request. The struggle is real
