Oh man they were good. I put 1/2 an onion, salt, pepper, and Cowlick in them and cooked at 350-375 for 4 mins. each side. Put blue cheese on top and closed the egg for 1-2 mins until cheese looked nice. Threw on some eggplant for the wife.
