Thx ladies and gents! @Judy Mayberry, we used sirloin instead of the eye of round. Also she didn't use the sun dried tomatoes and also added in a little less nutmeg. I think that was it.

Looks very very good !!!
I don't see how you folks can cook combinations that fit so great together.
I do good to cook one item at a time !!!!
Of course help from SWMBO is a plus....mine usually doesn't want to participate in my meal adventures on the egg.

Thanks, Dyal_SC! I was a copycat and made a small portion of this recipe, and it is one of the most delicious dinners I have ever had! If anyone else tries this, please try and add the nutmeg and sun-dried tomatoes...they are amazing! That balsamic drizzle is incredible and I just bought a cheap bottle of balsamic vinegar to make a batch to keep on hand.
Here is how my dinner went:
The linguine Alfredo
The balsamic syrupy drizzle
Grilling a piece of previously sous-vided ribcap on the Mini
The finished plate

Looks fantastic @Judy Mayberry !! I bet it was really good with the sundried tomatoes. We forgot them when we were shopping. Glad you liked the recipe! I'll let Mrs. Dyal know.
