I was heating my egg up for the first time and got a little hungry so i made me and my dad a sandwich then toasted it on the pizza stone. Simple but good.

    Center cut chop tonight.  With a little squash, zukini, yellow pepper and onion.

    Not a bad choice - had a tbone pork chop myself tonight with multicolored baby potatoes and garlic parmesan zoodles. And sautéed onions / apples with the pork.

    Me and the wife love zoodle . We get boiled shrimp from a local seafood company and saute them down witha little green onion and olive oil.
