Thai Peanut Chicken Salad

Deeply scored 2 chicken breast and marinated in a Thai Peanut Sauce.  Then on the mini that is cruzin at 500°. 


Then roasted some chopped cashews


Plated up with some chopped romaine, the chicken,thin sliced radishes, carrot sticks, cashews with a drizzle of Sriracha sauce

    Very much so if you score the breast deeply, not so much if you don't. 

    I use this sauce and thin it out with a lil soy and rice wine and always add a few red pepper flakes to the marinade.

    That looks great - I bet it was spicy. I have a lot of respect for Sriracha sauce.

    Nice my friend!  Figured the Hasselbach treatment helped bring the marinade.  Looks delicious!
