A few cooks from the past week.
Last Thursday was my dad's birthday so steaks were on the menu. I reverse seared 4 New York strips. They went so fast there was no photo opportunity.
Earlier in the week a friend came over to buy fresh eggs from me. Instead of money, he traded me for hamburger & ground pork. So meatloaf was on the menu. My first on the egg and definately not my last:

And this past Saturday I cleaned out the fridge a bit for a cheesy chicken vegetable casserole. The AC was on in the house and I didn't want to turn on the oven so the Egg went to use:

Steaks were in a category of their own so excluding them, I'd have to say the winner was the meatloaf. I hope my friend needs eggs again soon!

Did you add any smoke to the meatloaf?“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”
