Japanese Robata Attempt

Looked through the fridge this afternoon to figure out what to do for dinner and doing a little of everything. Some chicken thighs, scallops, and salmon. Decided to try an attempt at Japanese Robata/yakitori. I think it turned out pretty well. Next time I need to do a miso butter or something in addition to the teriyaki.
