Chicken Pot Pie

I got inspired by a post earlier this week and decided to do a chicken pot pie in cast iron.
Smoked a couple well seasoned chicken breasts and chicken thighs on the egg at 350 degrees for 20 min with rockwood and a little oak. Afterwards I put the bird in a baking dish with chicken broth and covered with foil and put it back on the grill for an hour and a half and then shredded it.
Made a roux, added milk and chicken broth until it was the desired thickness.
Added shredded chicken and (thawed) frozen vegetable medley.
Buttered the cast iron. One Pie crust on bottom.
Added filling.
Pie crust on top. Brushed with egg wash.
Carved my son's initial in it to vent.
Cooked raised indirect on the grill at 400 degrees for 40 min.
