need a little help
I tried a new rib rub last night. It called for the rub to be on over night.
I used the wrong rub, I used the one with salt.
How can I save the ribs...apple, or orange juice brine?
Dinner is at 3:00pm

Have you ever tried injecting your ribs? I have done that more than once and injecting and spraying with Apple Juice will help a little.

First of all-- rinse all that off in cold water. Give them a cold water soak for a bit. Then rub them them and cook. Should be fineColumbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

Yeah, no worries. You just have seasoned ribs. Just apply your rub. Smoke away.
