10 lbs for $4 bucks.  So I threw some on the barbie...   B)  Used apple and olive woods for the smoke.  2 racks of them with the oval stone under the AR.  Elevated drip pan was used under the chicken.  Seasoned the chicken with a 50/50 mix of lemon garlic and island thyme seasoning.  Then made a  mop consisting of rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, canola oil, annatto powder and the same seasoning I gave the chicken.  The smell of the backyard was phenomenal.  :flushed:





Served it it up with some Bone Suckin' Sauce on the side.  Good stuff.  Gonna pull the rest of the chicken and freeze for leftovers.
