Rattlesnake Tails (hapster made me do it)

Tried out some Rattlesnake Tails tonight, as I was inspired by @hapster 's recent IG post.  All I could find were cubanelles , but those worked fine.  Also stuffed some jalapeños with the same mixture.  It was a JD Hot Sausage/ Ground Turkey/ Pepperjack/ Cilantro/ Seasoning combo.  Wrapped in bacon, seasoned again and smoked with applewood. Finished them with a glaze of Bone Suckin' Sauce, Honey and Siracha.  Can't wait to play with these more.
