Shrimp of the barby on mini max--very good seafood marinade

Excellent marinade for seafood.  Next time, one less garlic glove and better wine.  Marinated for about an hour, cooked for 2 minutes a side direct at 450 on MM.  Hubby loved them.  I'd like to do this with lobster tails.  See link below for the marinade.  I used a bit more cayenne for more heat.  I forgot to put the grill on when preparing the fire so not as well marked but tasty.  Tomorrow night, copper river salmon from Costco.
