I recently picked up one of these and just used it the other day for the first time. A little bit of a learning curve but I do like it.

I really like mine, its great for flipping lots of small items (i.e. wings chicken thighs)

Just put this on the Fathers Day gift list. $20 for the set, can't go wrong. Should make flipping wings easier when using a 2nd tier.

LawnRanger made me one 10 years ago.  I still use it all the time.  I don't think I have ever cleaned it though!!!!
