Pesto Recipie

@bgebrent what is your pesto recipie?  I have basil and pinenuts am itching to try homemade pesto.

Anybody have a good pesto recipie?

Very basic FN recipe:

2C packed basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/4C mildly toasted pine nuts
chop this up in food processor. 
Add 1/2C good olive oil
buzz again. 
Add 1/2C grated Parm or Pecorino Romano. I like Parm.
Add good pinch of Kosher salt and pinch of pepper. 
Blend. 
If freezing, put a thin layer of olive oil over the surface. 
Makes approx. 1 cup
