Steaks and Ribs us in the Smobot

Just a couple cooks using the Smobot grill controller. The double R ranch steaks were buy one get one, so I picked up a bunch. Standard reverse sear with simple salt and pepper seasoning. Steaks were great but I think I left on just a bit longer.
Second set of pics are some st Louis style ribs i did this weekend. 4 racks total, 2 with Dizzy Dust and 2 with Swamp Venom. Sauced the last 30 with sweet baby rays. Truly awesome again. Pics are before and after saucing.
I'm really digging my Smobot. Temp control is a non issue. I can monitor from my phone. Really helping me out a lot. I've really noticed that the even temp seems to really improve the moisture of the meat.
