Tenderloin from Heaven - Thanx Mad Max et al

edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
I took the forum advice and seared the beef tenderloin direct on the grill at 750, 2 minutes per side.[p]Then I removed it, let it sit while the temp dropped to about 350.[p]I cooked it direct for about 14 minutes (internal temp 125), let it sit for another 10 minutes and I'm sure I heard angels singing when I cut through the bark.[p]This one is a keeper.
