10 lbs of ground beef, 5 eggs, favorite rub, Hawaiian bread bowl (That's what I used) cut in half and toasted, and favorite toppings.
Heat egg to 400 to 450 degrees indirect. Mix ground beef with eggs. I added ranch dressing in mine. Spray a pizza pan with Pam, make a patty. Push an indention in the center of the burger. I seasoned it with Montreal steak seasoning. Cook it to 185 IT.

hmmm.. recipe for hamburger:
10lbs of burger
1 hot BGE
Salt and Pepper
Shape into a round or square shape
Salt/Pepper bottom side
place on Egg
Salt/Pepper top
cook until done
Add enough cheese and bacon to cover
If necessary use Pizza peel to flip.
