First time beef short ribs

Used hickory wood. 2 hours at 250, 1.5 hours wrapped in foil with beer, another 20 minutes back on the grid. Not bad however hard to find good short ribs at the meat market around here..

@Crownvic02 Those look awesome. One suggestion, wrap your plate setter with foil to prevent it getting all gunked up and putting off foul smoke on a later cook, or use a drip pan elevated off the plate setter(to prevent burning drippings). Just a thought. I use to do the same as you but these fine folks here thought me this method.Snellville, GA
