Pull it hot. Reheat in a foil covered pan using some apple juice, beer or water for moisture. 400F oven until it's warm.

tie-breaker vote for pull it hot and reheat Sunday.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

You will likely have much better luck pulling it after the cook and reheating. Reheating a whole butt will take forever.
    L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....

I just did this 2 weeks ago with 3 butts. Pull as soon as you cook it and reheat the next day. It was fine. I searched for a Lexington dip and mixed that in to reheat. It was really tasty

if you do pull it after the cook, wait at least an hour before you pull it..IMO...I leave them whole (fat cap and all) and yes it does take much longer to heat back up, I have done it both ways and found the product to be better leaving it whole...to each his own....
