Chili lime catfish and roasted corn sauté

This cook won't compete with the Memorial Day cooks that are coming - but I like to post, so here goes... One fun thing about this cook was we experienced blowing wind and rain; I felt like Captain Dan from Forrest Gump asking, "Is that all you got?"
Here's the recipe: http://amp.bhg.com/recipe/chile-lime-catfish-with-corn-saute/

Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Looks good.  Heard there was a tornado out towards Bryan today, are you near there?
    Love you bro!

No, I'm 50 miles south of Abilene. There was a lot of wind damage in surrounding areas but nothing more than a robust storm here. Oh, and thanks on the cook.. My son caught the fish and I cooked 'em up.

Near Ballinger or Coleman?  I go through there all the time running between Austin and Lubbock.  Just did last Thursday and Monday.  Beautiful area.
    Love you bro!
