Starting Memorial day weekend Early

I took Friday off and was going to take a long bike ride but it looks like rain most everywhere I want to go sooooo, I stopped at the butcher and got a 18 lb brisket, 20 lbs of pork butt, pork belly and pork chops to go with some pizzas and smoked Mac and cheese. That should keep me busy. The pork chops were just being cut so I got 4 at 1.25" thick. I couldn't wait so 2 went on the mini-max for dinner. It's going to be a great weekend.

Correct on all. Since I got my mini-max, my large eggs are collecting dust. Get one, you will love it. The Stoker was a nice addition.

@bigguy136, nicely done.   How is the stoker set up on inlet for mm?  Is there a mm specific adapter or did you make one a la that awesome second level?

Loving that pork chop idea.
