Turkey Burgers with a Twist

CI Griddle on the gasser, hence the OT. I figured with using the CI the egg really wouldn't add much to the cook plus the rain was moving in quick so I emptied the egg accessories out of the gasser. Lol.
Started out with bacon and eggs
Then some turkey burgers that somehow I missed pics on. Anyway, once burgers were close to done on goes the bacon and avocado
Then the pepper jack cheese and egg with a lil Sriracha sauce
And ready to eat. Eggs not quite as runny as I would like but still tasted great

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
