Shrimp and Peaches

Summer is upon us. I got the boat out last weekend, fish is getting fresh(er) and easier to come by in my neck of the woods, and fresh fruit is finally starting to show up...

So I thought I would make the wife happy tonight and do some grilled shrimp and corn for dinner and peaches, ice cream, and honey for dessert. Nothing special, just a quick taste of summer. Sorry for the pics, I realized about halfway through dinner I had sinned and not play by played my evening.

That's special in my book brother!  I love all seafood and grilled peaches, not sure there's a better desert.

It's really easy. Get the grill to 400. If you have a raised grid. If not..that's fine. I wipe the grid with olive oil and coat the shrimp to keep them from sticking. Buy jumbo shrimp in the shell, put them on a skewer.  3 minutes on each side. Pull and eat.

You our can do seasonings if you want but my wife likes them plain and dips them in Thai chili sauce.
