Space City Eggfest 2016 Rum Honey Sauce
We used this recipe on our grilled Plantains. Several requests for the recipe.
1 cup of honey
1 cup of coconut flavored rum
1/3 packed of brown sugar
1 tbs of cinnamon
Optional 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
Mix the rum and honey, blend in the cinnamon and brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Store refrigerated and serve at room temp.
