Tried out Stubbs Texas Sriracha marinade and smoked up half of the wings that way with applewood. For the other half, I fried those up in a CI skillet on the mini and finished them with Moore's Buffalo Ranch. Both were tasty.

Looks awesome. I've wanted to try the Moore's buffalo/ranch but haven't yet. On a scale of 1-10, how much heat would you say is in that sauce?

Thx y'all! @Hub, it's very mild, or at least the one I got was mild. If you look at the pic of the bottle it even says mild. Not sure if they make hotter varieties or not. On a scale from 1-10, I'd give it a 2.
