NERVOUS

Well, well, well... Look what showed up at my house earlier today!
At 17" wide and tipping the scales at over 13 lbs, it should fit nicely in my XL... Plus, now I can sear REALLY big stuff!

Very nice.
I have absolutely no use for one, but the collector in me wants one of those very much.

I bought one of those for deep dish pizza. The first time I used it I could'nt believe how much of each ingredient I used. Way overkill for deep dish but plenty of room for searing!XL BGE

I just picked up that exact one last weekend. I still have no idea what I'm going to do with it.

You just can't have too much cast iron. Or too big, for that matter. I bought a set about 3 years ago "just to have for outdoor cooking" It is now 4 times the price I paid for it. Haven't stopped collecting since.

We have several CI skillets. Wifes favorite is the old Wagner Ware a friend gave her.

The best part of that is the elbow room. Same reason I bought an XL. I hate being cramped when I am cooking.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

Nice pan!
The one nice thing about a handle is it props the pan when bathing steaks in butter.------------------------------
