Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Knockwurst

So, slice and stuff a knock with cheese and green onions and wrap in 2 slices of bacon. Grill indirect @ 375* until bacon is near crispy, then go direct to crisp up the bacon. Bun it with spicy mustard and we are golden. Tasty!
