I just purchased a rack of lamb at my favorite butcher in Greektown in Chicago.
Ready to grill Greek lamb chops this summer!

Well, time for a fork in the road. What flavor profile?

Those look awesome! John Henry makes a great Greek "profile" rub I use on chicken. It would be great on those chops! Any cooked pics?

My butcher gave me their own greek seasoning. I brush the chops lightly with olive oil and seasoning. Before I remove them from the grill I squeeze some fresh lemon on them. They taste just like the chops I would pay a small fortune on in the restuarant.

I use the butchers home made seasoning. I also have used Cavanders Greek Seasoning with great results. Will post pics as soon as I grill some on my new grill grates!

Sounds great! I can't wait to see the finished product. Those are very nice looking chops.

Thanks, they supply the Greek Restaurants in Chicago. As the price of lamb chops went up I decided to try to replicate them myself.

Cavander's is one of my go to rubs...No matter how many fancy name bottles of rub I buy, still one of my favorite. I keep the Salt Free bottle on my desk at work. Goes on all the cafeteria food to make it eatable.lol
    Thank you,
