Here is what's on deck for tonight ladies and gents, a smoked bacon cheese meatloaf. It consists of 2 lbs of ground beef, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1 egg, 7 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, worchestershire sauce, onion powder and garlic powder. I the. Added my own touch by sprinkling some Lane's BBQ Signature rub. Got the egg up to around 300-350 and it will cook for about 2 hours.

Overall it was very good. I need to do some tweaking because it was a little dry. I will be making this again.1 LBGE. Winder, GA

I agree it looks great but 180 is definitely way high. You could pull it off at 150-155 and it will carry over to 160 and still be well done. I love the concept and plan on stealing it.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Steal away. I used the McCormick recipe from their website and just made some changes. Thanks for the tips.1 LBGE. Winder, GA
