Made chicken without rub, and it was good.

So I usually put some kind of rub on just about everything, but lately things have been tasting a bit too salty, so tonight I just put some black pepper on a few leg quarters, grilled indirect at 400 to an internal temp of 180 and they turned out great. The one with the bbq sauce is for my wife, who is not really counting carbs.
Served the chicken with a salad. So, still trying the low carb stuff, keeping the sugar numbers down but eating too good so weight loss is not going so well. I'll take the drop in sugar numbers though.
