Need Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Folks-[p]I want to make a stuffed pork tenderloin for Father's Day and need a good recipe. Any ideas? I found one in the Naked Whiz's cookbook (P.70) called "Apple Stuffed BBQ Pork Roast" but some of the ingredients are so specific, I either don't have them or may not be able to find them this afternoon. Things such as "Tony Charchere's creole seasoning" or "cream sherry". [p]Any help would be appreciated!
