Monster Wings (a-la-Mickey)

My brother found some turkey wings at a local grocery store a couple weeks ago and I told him to buy a pack for me. Never tired them before but wanted to give them a go. These things were monsters. Cooked them on the small at 400ish for about an hour fifteen with some cherry wood. I used my normal chicken wing rub on them and I used some sweet heat bbq sauce on mine and the wife had spicy garlic on hers. Very good. I would have thought they would have more of a turkey flavor, but tasted mostly like chicken.

Thanks Ron. He got them at the IGA in Mackinaw. I did notice Saturday that Alwans has them as well, but I didn't look at the price of them. They sell them as a two pack well.Large and Small BGECentral, IL
