A second Mothers Day request, so fired up the Egg for pizzas. Used the overnight dough recipe from Flour Water Salt Yeast and really liked the result...great flavor, good handling, gassy. Definitely can tell the difference vs same day recipe. 

Pizzas as turned out well.
