Veal, it's what's for dinner

Veal chop, grilled asparagus, roasted garlic mash and a shallot/merlot reduction.

The merlot reduction was made up of merllt, shallot, beef stock, thyme, s&p.

The chops were seared in cast iron on the mini max,  theg the plate setter was added for anow indirect cook.  Cooked these to med rare.
