On vacation this week handling some chores around the house and the egg kept calling my name. Heated to 450 and turned 4 times (every 3 or 4 minutes). Great lunch while the wife and kids were away. :)

    First up-welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  You definitely lift your game when unsupervised, great looking banquet.

    Not criticizing - promise.  If you were shooting for medium to medium well, read no further, excellent cook!  

    If you were shooting for medium rare, get ya a thermapen and you will never overshoot your cook again.

    I was wanting medium but it was really medium well. Still had great flavor. And Chubbs, I love the Redds.

    Once I finally got one I came to believe that the thermapen was quite possibly the most important eggcessory I owned.
