Figured out how to embed an image using HTML tags:

    Can't post videos unless you upload to YouTube and then you can just post the link.

    FYI you don't have to use HTML tags for images.  

    Click this button on the toolbar and then click Choose Files to upload pics from your computer or device, or paste a URL in the "Image URL".

    I had issues using Internet express. I have to switch to Chrome to post pics/vids.
