Cooked the russets on the BGE for about an hour at 350 then reverse seared the filet until 105 then cranked it up for the sear. Turned out amazing with the prime meat and simple spices. It was a perfect medium temp but forgot to get pics of it sliced.

Long time lurker but first time poster lol The Heavy melon is pretty decent. Just enough fruit to
leave a hint of flavor but not overally saturated aftertaste.
