St.Louis ribs with bacon

 One had a cherry sauce, the other a maple syrup/brown sugar sauce. Both had Three Little Pigs BBQ rub. I cooked them indirect 3-1-1 at 230 at the grill,275 at the dome with a drip pan full of apple juice. The cherry sauce one was perfect according to the bend test, the maple one was fall off the bone. Both were very good. The bacon didn't add a lot to it but it made for a pretty picture.
