Tried something new this evening. I think it turned out quite well. The thermapen saves the day with this kind of cook. Made some wild rice and sugar snap peas for sides. Life is good.

    It is La Chamba cookware. I got it on Amazon. I really like the stuff; it looks sharp and takes the heat.
