New Cast Iron: blackened salmon & shrimp

simple seafood cooks . . . . . but wanted to show off my new larger cast iron . . so far so good: 

1) blackened salmon on salad w/ my wife's avacado ranch dressing.




2) blackened shrimp bowl w/ rice & vegetable jalfrezi  . . . and more avacado
